The site code and the architecture are not licensed the same way.
Code may be available under the repository's MIT terms. Written research, structural definitions, the self-published architecture record, frameworks, and related intellectual property remain protected unless a source states otherwise.

Code
Repository code identified by the repository license may be used under its MIT terms. The license notice and permission notice must remain with substantial portions of that code.
Written content and architecture
The publication titled IVA Governance Architecture Standard, Structural Value Unit definitions, ledger architecture, conceptual frameworks, explanatory text, diagnostic concepts, and related written content are proprietary to Integrated Value Architecture LLC and all rights are reserved unless a specific publication states otherwise. The publication is a self-published architecture record, not an accredited consensus standard.
Hosted canonical visual embeds
The exact hosted HTML embed supplied on an IVA canonical visual page may be used without separate permission when the code remains unmodified and the visible source link stays attached. This limited permission does not permit downloaded reproduction, adaptation, resale, removal of attribution, use that implies endorsement, incorporation into another method, or training a competing product or method on the protected architecture.
