Code may be available under the repository's MIT terms. Written research, structural definitions, standards, frameworks, and related intellectual property remain protected unless a source states otherwise.

Repository code identified by the repository license may be used under its MIT terms. The license notice and permission notice must remain with substantial portions of that code.

Written content and architecture

The IVA Standard, Structural Value Unit definitions, ledger architecture, conceptual frameworks, explanatory text, diagnostic concepts, and related written content are proprietary to Integrated Value Architecture LLC and all rights are reserved unless a specific publication states otherwise.

  • Valuation manuals and calibration methods
  • Scoring interpretation and internal formulas
  • Diagnostic protocols and sequencing
  • Evidence templates and audit instruments
  • Client-specific matrices and implementation playbooks
  • Rule 52 source code, entitlement logic, secrets, and product infrastructure
