What the advisory call is

The advisory call is a paid 60-minute conversation focused on one recurring issue, bottleneck, approval problem, or decision pattern inside your organization. The point of the call is to help you walk through what is happening, where the issue is likely sitting, and what the right next step appears to be.

This is not a full diagnostic. It is not implementation work. It is not ongoing support. It is a defined advisory session built around one issue you want to examine in real time.

What the advisory call does not include

The advisory call does not include document review, written analysis, a formal report, a fixed-fee review, implementation planning, follow-up research, unlimited email support, or ongoing advisory access after the session ends.

If the issue turns out to be broader than one conversation and clearly sits in documents, reporting lines, policy language, board material, or a repeated decision pattern across the organization, the next step may be a fixed-fee review instead of trying to force a full diagnostic into one call.

Price and payment

The advisory call fee is $295 and must be paid in full before scheduling is confirmed. Payment is processed through Stripe.

Payment gives you access to schedule one advisory call. It does not create an open-ended engagement, retainer, or continuing service relationship.

Scheduling

After payment is completed, you will receive access to the booking link for the advisory call. Your appointment is not confirmed until a time is selected through the scheduling system and you receive the booking confirmation.

Advisory calls are scheduled based on current availability. Purchase of the call does not guarantee any specific date or time beyond the openings shown in the booking calendar.

Rescheduling, cancellations, and no-shows

You may reschedule the advisory call if you provide at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, missed appointments, and no-shows are non-refundable and will be treated as forfeited sessions.

If you arrive late, the call will still end at the originally scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the session or reduce the fee.

Refunds

Advisory call payments are non-refundable once the call has been booked.

If payment is made but no appointment has been booked yet, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Integrated Value Architecture LLC. If a refund is granted in that circumstance, any Stripe processing fees or other non-recoverable transaction costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Scope boundary during the call

The advisory call is designed to stay focused on one issue. If the discussion expands into multiple departments, repeated document failures, governance structure, board oversight, compliance pathways, or broader authority questions across the organization, that does not convert the call into a diagnostic.

If broader structural work is needed, Integrated Value Architecture LLC may recommend a fixed-fee review or another defined engagement as the appropriate next step.

No guarantee of outcome

The advisory call is intended to provide judgment, analysis, and a grounded next-step recommendation based on the information discussed during the session. It does not guarantee any particular business outcome, operational result, revenue gain, legal position, regulatory outcome, or internal organizational decision.

Real results depend on what is actually happening inside the organization, what information is shared accurately, and what decisions are made after the call.

Client responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information about the issue you want to discuss and for deciding how to use any observations or recommendations that come out of the call.

The advisory call does not replace legal advice, accounting advice, medical advice, licensed mental health care, or any other regulated professional service that requires a separately qualified provider.

Confidentiality

Information shared during the advisory call will be treated with professional discretion and will not be publicly disclosed by Integrated Value Architecture LLC except as required by law, as necessary to enforce these terms, or as needed to operate ordinary business systems used for payment, scheduling, recordkeeping, and communication.

You should still use sound judgment and avoid sharing sensitive information that is unnecessary for the discussion, especially if the issue can be explained without naming protected individuals, confidential records, or restricted operational details.

Intellectual property

Integrated Value Architecture, IVA, and the methods, concepts, language, frameworks, and service structures used in the advisory call remain the intellectual property of Integrated Value Architecture LLC unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Payment for an advisory call does not transfer ownership of any methodology, framework, or underlying intellectual property.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time as the business develops. The version posted on this page at the time of purchase controls that advisory call unless a different written agreement is provided.
