What you just booked

This advisory call is built for one recurring issue, one approval problem, or one decision bottleneck that keeps coming back. We will use the session to walk through what is happening, where the issue appears to sit, and what the right next step looks like.

It does not include document review or a full diagnostic. If the issue clearly reaches across reporting lines, policy, board material, or repeated failures in multiple parts of the organization, that may point to a fixed-fee review as the next step instead.

Schedule your advisory call

Your appointment is not fully booked until you choose a time through the scheduling page.

Before the call

Come in with the one issue you want to focus on. The best starting point is usually the thing that keeps getting kicked back, delayed, rerouted, or quietly cleaned up by the same person after the fact.

You do not need a polished summary. You do not need a slide deck. You do not need to package the whole organization into cleaner language first. Start with what keeps happening.

What happens next if the issue is bigger

Sometimes one call is enough to sort out what is in front of you. Sometimes the conversation makes it obvious that the problem sits deeper in the structure and needs a defined review instead of one more discussion about symptoms.

If that happens, I will tell you plainly. I am not going to pretend one hour can do the work of a real diagnostic just because modern business loves blurring the line between helpful and unpaid labor.

Pick your time and we will take it from there.

Once your appointment is on the calendar, you are set.
